1. Photo Data

Glowtype's Face Reading feature analyzes selfies voluntarily uploaded by users using AI. Uploaded photos are immediately deleted from server memory as soon as analysis is complete and are not stored in any form. Only the analysis results (text/scores) are saved to our database.

2. Information We Collect

• Quiz responses and analysis results (type, dimension scores) • Email address when making a payment • Hashed IP addresses (for daily usage limits only; original IPs are not stored) • Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics

3. Entertainment Service

Glowtype is an entertainment service for fun and reference. Face reading analysis, charm type classifications, and chemistry results are not scientifically-based diagnoses and do not replace medical or psychological evaluations.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Face analysis results are automatically deleted 90 days after creation. Quiz-only results use URL encoding and are not stored on our servers. Payment records are retained in accordance with applicable regulations.
