Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
Glowtype (the "Service") is a personality type analysis and charm measurement entertainment service available at yourglowtype.com. The Service includes quizzes, AI-powered face reading analysis, Daily Glow tests, and related features.
2. Entertainment Purpose
All analysis results provided by the Service (charm types, dimension scores, Daily Glow Scores, chemistry analysis, etc.) are for entertainment and reference purposes only. These results do not constitute scientific diagnoses, medical evaluations, psychological counseling, or professional advice of any kind. Glowtype assumes no responsibility for personal decisions made based on Service results.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. Users under the age of 14 may not use the Service without parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Paid Services & Payments
Certain features are available as paid services. Payments are processed through Creem (Merchant of Record), and Creem's terms of service apply to all payment-related matters. • Full Glow Report: $9.99 one-time payment (lifetime access) Prices may change with prior notice. All prices are in USD; exchange rate differences are subject to the payment provider's policies.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Glow+ subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You may cancel directly from your account settings within the Service or through the Creem Customer Portal. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No charges will be made after the cancellation date.
6. Refund Policy
• Subscriptions: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of payment (if paid features were not used during that period) • One-time purchases: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available after the service has been delivered • Refund requests: Contact support@yourglowtype.com • Full refunds are provided for technical errors where the service was not properly delivered
7. Photo Data Handling
Photos uploaded for face reading analysis are deleted from our servers immediately upon completion of analysis. Photos are not stored, shared, or transferred to any third party in any form. Only analysis results (text and scores) are stored in our database. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service (text, images, designs, type systems, algorithms, etc.) is the intellectual property of Glowtype. Users may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of Service content is prohibited.
9. Service Changes & Termination
Glowtype may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service with prior notice. In the event of service termination, pro-rated refunds will be provided for active subscriptions for the remaining period.
10. Limitation of Liability
Glowtype shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service to the maximum extent permitted by law. The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
